Bhadra is the karana called Vishti. Every tithi has two karanas, one for each half, and Vishti comes eight times in a lunar month: in the second half of Shukla Chaturthi and Ekadashi and of Krishna Tritiya and Dashami, and in the first half of Shukla Ashtami and Purnima and of Krishna Saptami and Chaturdashi.
A karana is half a tithi, so Bhadra lasts about 12 hours, a little more or less, and can begin at any hour of the day or night. The times here are worked out from the positions of the Sun and the Moon.
Raksha Bandhan and Holika Dahan are timed to avoid Bhadra, and weddings, griha pravesh and new ventures are not begun in it. Some traditions hold that only the Bhadra of certain Moon signs, when Bhadra is said to be on earth, is harmful; this page shows every Bhadra.
This is traditional calendar guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome. Panchang traditions differ on these periods; for a particular ceremony, ask your family priest or follow your own panchang.
Times are worked out for the place you have chosen (India until you choose one). For the whole day at your place, open the daily panchang.
