2. Purpose & Vedic Accuracy
Hindu Calendar provides astronomical, Panchang, and calendar calculations based on traditional Drik-Ganita (observational) Vedic astronomy algorithms. While we strive for extreme mathematical precision across all time zones, timings may vary slightly by geographic horizon coordinates.
3. Permitted Usage
You may use Hindu Calendar for personal, religious, educational, and cultural purposes. Automated scraping, reverse-engineering of calculation algorithms, or redistributing data in bulk without permission is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All original application design, custom illustrations, curated Panchang descriptions, typography, and code are the intellectual property of Hindu Calendar.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hindu Calendar is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for scheduling discrepancies resulting from local custom adjustments.
